- State of Wisconsin Tax Forms
  - Please note that the Wisconsin Dept. of Revenue no longer provides printed instructions for many Wisconsin forms, including instructions for Form 1. Individuals can request free tax forms be mailed to them by visiting the Department's website.
  - File online using WisTax
- We have a small collection of basic federal and state tax forms at the library, located at the Circulation Desk (the first desk you see when you walk in our front door). We also have internet access computers you can use to print out tax forms and information (15 cents per page black and white, 50 cents per page color printing).
